Friend of mine having trouble posting

I really doubt I should make a thread for this, since this is just a question of mine, but if any of you have heard of the *currently* inactive/lurking user Mason_the_critic, he's the person I'm referring to. He made an account about a 2 months or so back, and he tried to make a post an edit his profile picture, but it doesn't seem to work for him.
I'm not exactly sure what the problem is, but I really have no idea what the case is here.

Consider having them try using a proxy; this sort of thing may or may not have happened with Shane.
I'm unsure because there's a lot of confusion surrounding him at the moment.

Proxies are generally a last resort. They aren't exactly the most secure or reliable things out there.
