Typically nobody helps others unless they have been here for a reasonable amount of time, but even then...
There are plenty of tutorials out there, just try to learn it.

 

So basically you need some tips on events, huh?

First of all I sincerely hope you're using Cave Editor, as it's much more diverse than Sue's Workshop. Also, most of us use CE so it's easier to find help with that program.

You should also take a look at this thread. This is like the most important thread ever and will be your god when you first begin modding. Like I mean actually read through some of the pages and see what you can learn. You can see solutions for pretty much anything you can imagine in that thread.

There are plenty of modding guides on the CSTSF, so reading a couple of those will help you a lot.

Also just read through some of the threads in the General section of the Modding category. Some of them are pretty interesting.

As TPcool said, no one will make your mod for you. However, it's not true that you'll never get help. If you really just can't get a cutscene or specific event to work, or there's just that one glitch you can't fix, just ask around. More often than not you'll find someone who can help you.

 

Remember, the best learning comes from experience. Go change some parameters in the script and see what happens. TSC is easier than you might think.

Sprite changes, yes! Because it's Cave Story in EarthBound form. That's it. But I have to leave some things out. If anyone can think of two characters it'd be cool!

I'm doing this my self. Not to be mean though. I have to leave certain cut scenes out. examples, The Kazuma one in the beginning. Because of Earth bound's limitations. So yeah I practice with Cave Story's scripts. Made it bug out BADLY.

ohh ok. I think the team should be: Quote, Curly, Jenka, and a Critter (Those puppy things you see all the time). Balrog would probably not work as a playable character because he might be too big. I think the Omega boss from the labyrinth, if he's in this he should have 2 phases. The robot form and the cat form.
