i found it here on emuparadise's Dreamcast section, and burnt it as-is, now i dont know because of poor porting NXEngine to the dreamcast or because i didnt "pad"/Dummy the CD-R out to push the game towards the end but...
theres pauses when the screen hasto load more than a few frames forward when somethinsg loaded it "lag-studders" this is by no means a hamer in playability, you'll haveto watch yourself but this could make running Hell and balios a real pain in the Keister, but the game indeed feels like its running full speed.

but since linking to warez sites is a nono, i uploaded the NXEngine porti'll remove it from mediafire if the NXEngine devs deem it needed.
