Hello, i have some trouble here.

Whenever i put a dragon zombie somewhere and enter the room its in, it just shoots fire at me before charging it.

Next, the Orangebell. Not really a problem but.. THERES SO MANY BATS THAN USUAL AROUND IT!

You mean it doesn't wait a second before firin', it just instantly goes off?
Does it do the same for the second volley? {It might've charged offscreen for the first}

I'm not completely sure on how Orangebell works, but are you sure there are more bats? It could be just a trick of the mind {Like when you thought the Turbo Charge sped up the Bubbler's recharge rate}.
I tried playing with Orangebell and couldn't get the number of bats to change.

Also, remember that this thread was created so you guys didn't have to make one for each problem you had.
{Which subsequently creates less clutter in this subforum}

Yes, it doesnt wait a second before firing. Not only that, the sprites are messed up, with the behemoths as its sprite and basu's as its dead sprite.

The orangebell didnt have that many bats in the plantation.

The sprite issue is because you haven't set the proper sheet to it's correct slot.
Dragon Zombies use Eggs2 on the first slot. Orangebell uses Cent on the second one, I believe.
{Just check the original}
Now, if you really counted the bats in Plantation and got a different number, the only thing I can think of for both of your problems is that the bit flags differ from some of the entities used in the original game.
Some of the Zombie Dragons have "Option 2", flag 0x1000, set; and the first Orangebell in Plantation has the same flag.
These are entity specific {For example, Options 1 and 2 make the Horiz/Verti entity check horizontal, vertically, or both, depending on what's checked}, so finding out what they do will be mostly trial and error.
Most likely turning these flags on could solve your problems...

And i have a question. Why does Igor have so much HP as a regular opponent? And when did Igor eat a red flower?

Another time, another thread.

That's because he always has that same amount of HPs. Making him a boss doesn't give him more.
Of course, you've got the best weapons when you fight him as a regular enemy, so it's not a boss fight anymore :D;
And the Igor theory was discussed in some other thread...
