Discord Media Embed Support

This is something very, very small that probably nobody cares about but adding discord to the approved media sources for embedding video would be cool. Adding other sites would be nice also.

Doesn't [media] allow for non-youtube videos to be embedded? Not that I've ever really seen anyone do it, but I may have to test it out in a bit, or maybe we should have someone more experienced in bbcode to explain it.

When you click the "media" button on the editor, a modal pops up showing the list of approved sites from which to embed media:

Discord is not listed among the "Approved sites".
