Would you like advice on beating Undead Core? And what was so very awesome?

I always kill Misery first, she's the easiest to spam since she moves around less.

Plus the things she summons get in the way when trying to kill Sue.

Agreed. Not to mention Sue is hardly a threat anyway. She's predictable and can be killed with ease.

All I did on my 3hp run was missile spam Misery, Spur'd Sue to death, then Spur'd the core to death.

 

I never kill either of them; I just dodge them and focus on the Core.

You know what? at the beginning of my play via Cave Story I thought it is better to not kill Misery and sue because I thought if you kill them they will never came back to life and it would have something to do with the story line.

 

Lol, on my first play, I noticed that if you shot Sue enough, she falls to the floor and just gets right back up again, so I assumed that neither she nor Misery could actually be killed so I just got used to playing it that way.
