I think your post needs more context, I haven't played EarthBound and I assume you're referencing it. Also please put up yourfirst few maps or whatever because you can get premium advice.

What he means is that the Earthbound hack he's been working on is coming along slowly, so now he's working on a regular Cave Story mod. He isn't referencing Earthbound. At least that's how I read it?

Well Lun's character is really just based off Quote. So yeah.
