If Youre On A Computer Where You Arent Admin, The Cave Story Installer Wont Work.

I personally have no idea why the CS patcher requires admin rights.
It's just a program that replaces a few files. Any program is allowed to do file I/O.

Plus, the reason we don't have this on the website is because Aeon Genesis Evangelion would get no more downloads for their patcher.
