These Rules apply to the Cave Story Mod/Hack Ideas and Development section.

1. This section is only for ideas and Mods/Hacks who don't have a demo or full version yet.
2. Don't ask hacking/modding questions in the Mod/Hack Ideas and Development section.
3. Mods/Hacks without a demo or full version belong to the Mod/Hack Idea and Development section.
4. A mod thread belongs to the Cave Story Mod/Hack Showcase if it has a demo or a full version, even if it is only a development thread.
5. Community projects will be posted in the Cave Story Mod/Hack Showcase section.

IMO It's a bad idea to make new section 'cause people have too much ideas and ... i ... just don't like it at all.

May I request a move of The Willow and the Strom, and the Sci-Fi Idea Thread? Those threads are basically why this forum was created, so it would probably be good to start with them here.

Also, I thank you very much for this section, even if it is only temporary.

uhhh why do so many people think it's a bad idea?

I'd make a thread or two myself about what I think would be some killer ideas but I'm gonna wait until I play through all the existing hacks first to make sure they haven't already been used or something

I support this new forum board! My one and only(?) locked topic was actually an mod idea one. Might perhaps revive it in this new place.

I'm actually glad this was created. I have no idea on how to make a mod, but I have good ideas for mods.
