Autofire

Hi,

I am using a keyboard to play the game, and was wondering if it is possible to have "autofire", that is rapid fire without having to tap like crazy. I was hoping for some external utility that would translate, holding the x-key, into rapid x-key presses.

Secondly, is there a hack available (for instance with tsearch) to override the limit of "bullets on the screen" for instance for the missile lounger, two shots seems to be the max.
