In the game itself? No. It's all in the Organya format. Made by other people? Probably. If you want Cave Story music in PBM, either make it yourself or look for some on the internet (good luck).

EDIT: when am i going to start stopping

and thinking

I believe QuoteHax meant pmd. pmd is the format for Ikachan's music. In regards to your question, I am not aware of any .pmd remixes of any of the Cave Story songs, so you'll probably have to make your own if you want any.

You didn't run it under 32-bit display settings did you? Change your computer display settings to 24-bit or lower.

Windows XP:
Right click on a empty space on the desktop and click on Properties.
Click the Settings tab.
Change the color depth using the Color Quality menu.
Click OK to apply the changes.

Windows 7:
Right click on a empty space on the desktop and click on Screen Resolution.
Click on advanced settings.
Click on the Monitor tab.
Change the colour depth to 24-bit or 16-bit using the "Colors" dropdown.
Click OK to apply the changes.

Vista should theoretically be the same process as Windows 7.

Of course this will disable any fancy transparent effects Windows 7 or Vista may be using.

I'm very sorry to bump an old thread, but I have something important to contribute to this discussion.
There is a version of 'Labyrinth Fight' in Ikachan's music format. It is bundled with PiyoPiyo Editor under the folder 'examples' and the file name is 'Iron.pmd'.
That's it, though.
