320x240 fullscreen?

Is it possible to run this game in 320x240 fullscreen? I have a monitor and video card that can support that resolution, but the configuration tool for Cave Story doesn't seem to allow it.

 

I have 2 solutions for you:

1) No. Cave Story does not allow this.

2) You could just try setting your resolution to 320x240, and then running Cave Story windowed at 320x240.

 

That's too bad. I actually have tried your method #2 before posting this, but thanks for mentioning it as it's a perfectly acceptable solution.

I was hoping there was a 320x240 fullscreen mode since that would make the setup easier for my planned arcade arrangement, but I guess I'll need some scripts to do the resolution switch/positioning of the window. Thank you though for your quick and helpful reply!
