Does anyone know an english patch for 0.0.8?

Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

It does not. A message box appears: "Bad File: The patch cannot be applied to the file you selected. Try choosing a different file. If you have manually modified the file, you may need to get a fresh copy of it before patching."

try contacting the guy that made the 0.7 patch, they may not know about the new version

You probably should have mentioned that you are talking about the Mac version of CS.
The key difference is mostly the matter that 0.0.8 is written for OS X 10.10 and over while 0.0.7 is written for OS X 10.9 and under. That's my understanding anyway. Oh, and 0.0.6 is PowerPC-only, so that's OS X 10.5.8 at the most. Unless you somehow can't play 0.0.7 on your Mac OS then you really aren't missing out on anything.

So the guy who made the patch already replied: "I’ve gotten very busy lately, and, as you’ve noticed, haven’t had time to update the patch. It’s on my todo list, but it will probably take me a while yet to get to."
