Just an update. Switching the PC's resolution to 1280 x 720 fixed the problem. I can see the whole game and the control issues are magically gone. Go figure. Thanks!

Eh, sorry. Considering it'd been a couple weeks since there was a reply on this board, I posted on the faster board. Anyway, I can't figure this out and it's driving me crazy. The game is fun and I'd like to play what I payed for, but if it stays like this... :/
