Hmmm....weird....cuz yeah, I must have played Hell at LEAST 100 times before I got to Ballos (Now it seems so much damn easier, ha!)...and even after the first two times I got to him, when I'd load my save, no shaking at all in Hell....at least I know that the shaking is normal...hmmm....I guess...

Well it wasn't happening the first 60 times I played through Hell, it just randomly started happening....the house would be shaking, then I'd drop down the shaft into hell and the constant shaking would stop, I swear....Hell is supposed to stay steady....and actually, now that I think about it...

So, a little while back I downloaded the DSi version from the Eshop on my 3DS....got the regular ending, then I decided to go for the good ending. I finally got good enough at Hell that I can get to Ballos, took me quite a few tries though, but NOW, randomly, as soon as I load my prefab...
