Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

It's the images, not the actual map. See if Cave Editor/Booster's Lab recognize the images, sometimes it doesn't so you have to copy them or just re-save them. Try re-saving them or importing ones from Cave Story itself (with the .bmp extension, so that it works properly.) If it doesn't, It'd... -
