Teamspeak has easily obtainable free server licenses. not sure about Ventrilo. There's a thousand and one sites for that. Also, Dropbox. Then why even mention them? Doesn't running your computer cost money? the concept of "calling person X who also uses company Y is free" is pretty common...

Making a new command allows you to use <ZAM still, while still having a command to max weapons. I don't know if LunarSoul needs that for Jenka's Nightmare or Misery Story (when it gets made), or if there's even black wind events in those mods, but whatever.

probably. NoSpam! questions are designed to prevent bots from registering, so they probably use some form of whitelisting, i.e. a text file of all the answers it will take.
