guy i all ready edited the spirts but when converting back to pbm they dont work cause i guess i need to but (C) Pixel at the botom right of every image or something right?

i simply want to edit the pbm files for now but would also be interested in changing the text of the game from curly to quote. so if you got the programs i need to do these changes or the faqs or whatever then please send! :(

i opened MyChar.pbm in paint. worked removed all the eyes off quote as a test Used the color of quotes skin Save as.. then i had to type the extension .pbm and saved. asked to over write and i did. ran cave story and it gave me an error. cant load. :(

photoshop and mspaint dont save to pbm format. though mspaint does open the file, photoshop doesnt. i want to edit the sprites, someone must have done this before and you're right, its a mod.
