this is a known glitch BEFORE the fade finishes the player ignores entities such as h/v triggers. don't turn around immediately after enteriing aroom and leave, or it will screw up.

it is quote, as far as we know; roll your mouse over the image and most browsers will tell you the filename. it says "quote" in the filename.
