Sounds okay, the instruments could use some work. The tracks seem pretty shrill which goes away from the calmer feel of the original, especially for track 1. I haven't gone through the original and compared for notes you've mixed up but track 7 sounds pretty off and I think the 4th note in bar 8...

I wasn't worried about spoiling that Temmie Village exists, just thought it would be funny for people to open the track expecting to see a transcription of Nyeh heh heh or Spider Dance or something and finding Temmie Village with cat percussion instead.

I know the name of the track; how do you think I was able to replicate it without finding it online or in-game in the Temmie Village? I called it "Secret Undertale track" to try to surprise people with the song... though I guess my humor fell flat. :/

I converted some MMX samples in Audacity and then opened a copy of ORG Maker into ResHacker but when I saved the exe after replacing the samples ORG crashed when I tried to do anything. Any ideas what I might have done wrong to cause this? I replaced 29 samples I think if that could be an issue...

Very impressive manipulation of the instruments, it sounds amazing. Track 1 seems slightly loud for the beginning, maybe bring out track 2 and 3 more (especially after track 6 is introduced). Tracks 3 & 5 sound kinda muddy when they go low and are mixed with other tracks but that seems to happen...

This is pretty good. I would work on getting tracks 1-3 to stand out more by picking some stronger instruments and adjusting the volume balance. Track 5 should still be distinct from the others, but it shouldn't overpower them either. I would also make some notes staccato and make longer notes...
