You can kill off the bats with a couple of hits at lvl.3, but if you want to keep your health then kill the doctor BEFORE he sends out the bats. Makes more sense.

Blade lvl2 is faster for spamming one enemy but Blade lvl3 is faster for spaming multiple enemies at once, it all depends on what you need it for.
