• Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

    Unless you looked at the code/raw map or played through the game in a VERY specific way you would NEVER find number four on your own. (Number one is such an odd choise you'd never know when you got it either...) TL:DR You probably don't simply becuase of 1. and 2.

    Very interesting reason, and while that could be it there is a technical reason aswell. In C/C++ there is a data type called a char(acter) which can hold a value between -127 and 127. So it could just be that 127 was the most damage any entity could do so it would make sence to make the instant...

    I didn't put screenshots because there's nothing to capture (with the exception of the title screen but that's barely noticable). All the levels are the same as Cave Story so you wouldn't see any difference. So unless you REALLY want a picture of the title screen there's nothing screenshot worthy.

    Found out the real problem (I really need to do more testing before I start complaing about a problem...). The defines were working in reverse. Setting the sprite height to a higher number was increasing the NPC's size down. (See fig 1) :heartrefill: =NPC. ^ or V = Size increase...
