Yes, but you need to have at least a decent understanding of Cave Story ASM hacking to do so. That means either getting someone knowledgeable in the subject to hack that for you (not likely), or taking the time to learn it yourself to hack it in the game. Also, from what I understand of TSC...

Yeah, I'd have to say that I'm in agreement with all of this. The poll just seems like a better option overall compared to 5 select judges because it allows everyone to participate, and a video helps those who don't have orgmaker to vote.

Man that's pretty great. Not even a day into the contest and already it's gonna be pretty hard to top that, lol.
