You have to change the file type to .bmp (bitmap), edit it, then change the file type BACK to .pbm and then put it back in the folder.

Yeah see basically whenever someone makes an edit and posts it you save THAT edited wallpaper, draw over it, then post it. It's actually quite a simplistic system and I'm rather proud of it.
