I totally agree with you! It's been almost ten years, and it's still alive. Seeing people discover it and go through what you had gone through and feel those emotions and everything... There's something poetic and satisfying about it.

I just found out that running a finger through some carpets make it darker. Quite noticeably. So...

The black square stop button isn't working for some reason. The song just continues playing on no matter how many times I press it. Is it just me?

Freeware was the best. It was classic, had sentimental/nostalgic value (to me) for being the original, had the best visuals and music. And it didn't have too many extra modes. I don't like extra modes because it made Cave Story feel too much like a game, whereas the original had no such modes...

Yeah, that helps. But don't you think clicking to increase/decrease a value one by one is sort of cumbersome?
