Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

Cave Story II
First of all, check if the game folder isn't 'read only'. You can simply launch Cave Editor, click Options and then check the 'Remove read only status from files'. Go into Game Settings in CE, mark the 'Remove (c) Pixel requirement for images' and SAVE and you can edit Face.pbm Same as 2, but...- Hina
