Ganondorf/GANON in Ocarina of Time. The music (especially in the GANON sequence of the battle) is just so epic. A pounding, heroic tune with a slight hint of "you're totally fucked". ALSO: It's got Link slashing GANON's face to oblivion, finishing with a deep stab. Glorious N64 blood spewage.
