This is an most unfair comparison. Cave Story's graphics are defenitely not the best but just because it's not as good as these examples doesn't mean it's bad by default. Might as well call bread bad because fries are good.

Excuse me if this is mentioned in the video since I didn't check it out but- As far as i know that file is only a reference of all commands and their inputs. If you are totally new to tsc(or even new to scripting or programming for that matter) I don't think this file will help any much.

If I remember correctly the 'cursor' for the title menus (which i assume is the same in plus as the original version does it) are just sprites from the related npcs, not much more to that. CS+ isn't the best option for modding though.

Is this just an idea you wanted to throw out or is this something you're working on? I hate to be like this but if it's the first then I can guarantee you that just telling people to make this will not go anywhere at all.
