Whether or not Sue's Workshop is deleted is irrelevant, but you do have to make sure the files are not set to read-only as DB says. CE Claims it can do this but sometimes it doesn't work, so just select the folder and unset read-only on all files and subfolders manually is what I'd recommend.

I also find it interesting that all three pictures of quote where he's wearing his red hat and pants also show him with a red scarf. Perhaps it was meant to be red all along, but you couldn't distinguish it on the sprite so he made it green? :D

I think that websites that override your cursor remind me too much of 1998. If you want a fancy cursor, it's best to just install it on your own machine.
