Are you sure? Because i'm pretty sure the behaviour was "face left, right, or in the direction of the NPC with the ID matching the argument"

There is a limit to how wide or tall hitbox can be. For size 0, 1, 2 npc this is two tiles (32px). For size 3 npc it is three tiles (48px)
