It feels a little... rushed. Sorry, but you are explaining way too much at the start. You need to dripfeed information as it becomes relevant. Also you need to focus on your characters more. You need to build who your characters are, their history, their fears, their dreams, their routines...

The Blade Lv2's damage per second is higher the closer you are to your target and the faster you spam the attack button. If used properly the only weapon that competes with it for damage per second is the Super Missile Launcher. The Blade Lv3 is all about splash damage. Large numbers of enemies...

If you know a way to track down Shmitz then I am all ears. But otherwise I can't see Nicalis having any better luck.

How would you even know what Schmitz' dream is, or how JN was going to be? You are presuming far too much. Nicalis also isn't going to complete the mod for you because there will be no return on the time invested.

I may come off as overly harsh here, but they are hardly going to accept an unfinished unofficial sequel mod made by someone who dropped off the face of the internet years ago, even with 2x graphics.
