actually that's incorrect, you're allowed to incorporate resources from past mods into your modcon mod. if we all followed this then most of the mods in our modcon would be disqualified :P try being a meme for a while and maybe you'll get to be in a mod someday NOW THIS IS JUST PERSONALLY...
