Erm, didn't you grab the NPC.txt? You should be able to use "Find" to search for Ball Lightning... And if you don't have the NPC.txt, or TSC.txt and ANP.txt, I suggesting using the search button {Because I've forgotten where I found them...} to get them, as they're very helpful!

No, not the same... Once again, I'd like to point out two major differences between this unused script, Balrog0, number 0010, and the second half of Balrog2.... When Balrog2 reaches 90 health, he acts like Balrog0, but he does 10 damage on contact, instead of the 5 Balrog0 does... Also, Balrog2...
