TP, you seem to be going down a rather slippery slope by ignoring a direct request from a mod. They wouldn't be mods if they were afraid to hand out punishment, wether it be in the form of a verbal "bitchslap," an infraction, or a "time-out." I see CJ has already contacted you on this matter.
