Not ALL of them, I believe. From what it sounds like, you are attempting the Sakkon's hideout glitch or one of the others. Have you tried the Great Bay entrance glitch?

I don't think they removed that. I am able to pull it off every time I do it on Wii VC (in fact, I do it every time I play). You actually can. You just save, then exit and re-enter your file and the script is back to Prefab, although I do not recommend doing it at the Prefab House.
