Yeah, I did change the intro script. Is that going to be a problem?

That's the thing, I'm not sure. Maybe it happened because of the alterations I made to create the custom levels, or maybe it's a script thing? In either case, I will need to get that problem dealt with.

Right, so I need to deal with the intro problem, so I can actually test the Hub Level. Even then, I still need to get the scripts for the first 4 levels and boss done.

So I've got a problem. Instead of the normal intro scene, I get taken to the Outer Wall. I press X which takes me to the Title Screen and I press New Game. It then brings up the following Dialogue: "With the shield up, I can't get to No.00's room. I think one of those terminals ought to be able...

So will there be any new levels/bosses in this mod, or will it just be a faithful recreation of the original game?

The theme song of killing the 7 Deadly Sins (aka the bosses from FF: 4 Heroes of Light) in Bravely Second. Yes, they're quite challenging but it's worth it in the end.

Ah, I see. I still think it's harder than Bloodstained Sanctuary. Then again, what was the original Wind Fortress like, if it ever existed?

As for my mod Gun, I've gotten the Golem enemy finished. Now I've got to code the first 4 levels and the Boss level, which will be playable for Version 1. The other levels will be done at a later date.

Weather's still crap though I've taken the week off. As such, a few changes will be present: I'll be expanding Gun's content, though v1 will still be just the first 4 levels and the War Machine. I've still got to finish off the Golem enemy and then coding.

So was Puu Black supposed to be more important to the story? I'm sure he's only an optional boss in the final game. Then again, perhaps the Doctor was originally supposed to corrupt Balrog, turning him into Puu Black?

Perhaps there's a Cave Story mod out there that does exactly that? It's a shame that Cave Story modding hasn't advanced enough that you can fight multiple bosses at once. Then again, I wonder if the Ballos fight was always planned or if it was added in late in development?

Damn, you think to yourself. Maybe you should have shot Major Ocelot when you had the chance. Oh well, at least you're free from the time loop you accidently put yourself in.

I do wonder though, was the final boss any different in early development or was it always intended to be Misery -> The Doctor -> Muscle Doctor -> Undead Core? (And yes, I know that Ballos is the game's true final boss.)
