Why would you need asm to make a plugin? Plugins would be written in Mint, a programming language interpreted in Java. I'll provide you with functions that write hex to the executable, as well as functions that setup the GUI (i.e. text boxes and buttons). You would read values from the text...

Here's a program I made that does some very easy assembly hacks automatically. Physics Editor 1.1 Mirror Old Versions: You can change weapon speed, gravity, etc. It supports user-created plugins for the program.
