Yeah I don't really dig the vibe Teacher's Unions have going on now, it's too restrictive to make progress. Not that I have an issue with Unions as a concept, but I think they could use just as much work as they people they request change from.

At the risk of coming off as a grumpy old guy, I find 200 pixels to be a little large actually, given that it's a sixth of my screen, and most people don't have 1200 vertical resolution. Just seeing Noxid's nurr hurr image, it's way too tall for me. Maybe like 150-180 or something?
