Agreed, a hack is only good in a mod if the modder uses the hacks well, there are tons of cool stuff you can do with minor asm edits already, and that is way easier to learn to do than major asm hacking.

I'm pretty sure there is no known way on how to copy DSiWare from one system to another, and especially not legally. So the only way to get your hands on thisnwould be to find a system that has bought this, although doing that might as well be impossible.
