Most of the time, the bubbler is a crappy weapon, but it is very useful in some situations. For example, it is invaluable when fighting the Muscle Doctor; you can pwn almost all of the bats he shoots at you right away.

Boss idea: A big circular machine in the middle of a large room. Doesn't move, has huge HP, and spawns smaller machines, which in turn spawn smaller machines, which in turn spawn very small machines which just fly around and damage you. The smaller the machine, the less health, less damage...
