It seems weird that you can kill them because Sue is obviously still alive after the battle, and if Misery would be dead, then the whole thing in the best ending about freeing her wouldn't really make much sense.

Oh wow, I just now got around to listening to it and it is pretty sweet, especially the bit from measure 33-41 where you alternate between f minor and e minor. Also, the buzziness that GChzr mentioned didn't really bother me; it's a little different but nothing wrong with that.

One thing that bugs me about the similies right now is that they all have those annoying anti-alias halos. You should get rid of the anti-aliasing, and have them just have rough edges, so there wouldn't be the halos.
