not true. making the velocithor requires having Tasen, Komato and Crack all at 10, then having the MPFB Devastator and the CFIS on hand when you get to a nanoweapon mod point. anyway MPFB Devastator ranks 7/10 cause unless you're really strong, it knocks you all over rocket jumps
