In the Profiler, select a save file, then right click and select "Backup...". Then input a name for the file. The file will be copied into the same directory. If you want to play any of the profiled saves, just double-click it, or select it, right click and "Play XXX.dat".

Profile.dat is located in the same directory as Doukutsu.exe (the game executable). The CS Profiler goes into the same directory.
