The bright colors are a bit jarring and don't really contrast well, especially on the inventory screen. Other than that, good first attempt! I didn't get very far into the video but what I saw looks pretty solid so far.

Use a hex editor to look at the data for config.dat. There's a string of text within that says "courier new" or whatever, just replace that with whatever font you want.
