I think that mod's title is "Pantsu Story", but in Japanese, "pantsu" actually means panties/underwear. So it's a very accurate title.

When I made it into Arsenal Gear in Metal Gear Solid 2. That place was so different from the rest of the game, and that's where the game really starts to fuck with your head.

Oh wow did anyone read the synopsis for this? This reads like it was written by a 4th grader, or something. If the game itself is written like this, I can't imagine it will have the most engaging plot. Also: Your post seems to match up with the "writing style" of the synopsis/steam page...

I learned how to make the playback speed for music and sfx variable (might be useful later).

You can't put in raw wavs for sfx. Pixel made Cave Story's sfx in his own format, so unless you want to try to recreate it with SeaTone, you can't put it in the game.

So apparently a member's ban length is not determined by the length of the warning, somehow. If they get enough warning points they just get a 10 day ban? I don't get how Xenoforo's moderator panel works, but I've fixed things for now.

I'd probably me more inclined to pick the freeware version if it didn't actually run SLOWER than the steam release on my laptop these days, due to it using outdated graphics libraries. Granted, if I turn off "Power Saver" mode then it runs fine, but then the computer gets hot and I don't think...

Even if it ran on windows 95, I think you'd suffer some serious performance issues trying to run it on an emulation of an obsolete operating system. Or so I'd guess, anyways.
