I didn't realize there was any official resource for how to pronounce Cave Story names. I've always pronounced it "tor-oh-koh' myself. I guess most of the names in CS are really easy, though another one I wonder about is Ballos. Is it 'bah-los" or "baa-los"? I dunno how to differentiate it...
