Re: Show of your custom characters! You knew it was a detective!! :D Yaaay! And yeah, GIMP probably is better for that kind of stuff, but I use it for all kinds of spriting work. It's got all the basic tools, and you can use it for a quick recolor/effect/whatever if needed, which is helpful.

Thanks for all the ideas about the bullet-based collision test. I'm sure they would serve me well if I was any good at ASM.
