Yeah, Serbia had a bit of a collapse as well. They used to be a part of Yugoslavia. Eastern Europe is a pretty bad place, but it's slowly developing. It's just going to take a little longer.

Damn, that sure sucks. Can't you post from your phone? There used to be a lot of power outages here about 10 years ago. They were constant, but they were never that long. Also don't mean to offend anyone, but somewhere back in the 90s we only had warm water at weekends.
