And also, when you create a mod, you MUST create a copy of the Cave Story exe because if you use that one copy and you mess up, you'd screw up your only copy of the game and you'd have to re-download it(although I don't do mods, I'm just telling you this to save you the grief in the long run).

Hey, I found a flaw in the whole Infinite Health glitch; I exploited the glitch and got 893 health, but the next time I grabbed a heart, my health dropped down to 332.

I like TotC too. It was a pity the guy stopped making them, so I'd love to see this mod finished.
