Please stop embedding files/images from Discord. Discord has anti-hotlinking logic in place that breaks links to Discord hosted files and images when linked to from anywhere outside of Discord. There are a multitude of file/image hosting sites you can use instead.

uhhh if I knew any herbal remedies I'd give you some but I'm out of practical drink-mixing skills. My friend Jaded would reccomend alcohol but I'm not sure if that's a smart way to clear your system when you're sick... though it WOULD burn off the illness faster.

Alcohol might not be the best option for me because of a little known rule that some might refer to as the legal drinking age
Take mucinex or dayquil or nyquil, that always works. You need to cough up the mucus in your lungs (exhale sharply as if you were screaming but don't use your vocal chords so your windpipe is open)
